While studying music at Belmont University, she honed her skills by keeping a weekly gig at the legendary honky tonk, Tootsie's Orchid Lounge. Upon graduating, she began work on her debut album, writing over half the songs. The album carries great emotional depth and variety from the light hearted, "Make Lemonade," to the selfless ballad, "Everything for You," to the homesick anthem and title track, "Shenandoah." After listening to the album, it's no surprise that this musical journey has led her right back to where she started!

Great week at the WeekendOasis, clean, comfortable, well maintained

Submitted by WeekendOasis on Fri, 06/18/2010 - 11:33

Blue Mountain Oasis recently hosted Chris Adams from Marlboro, MA. Chris was kind enough to share comments for future guests:

"Great week at the WeekendOasis, clean, comfortable, well maintained. It was close to many of the best sights of the Shenandoah Valley, but also close enough for a trip to see the sights in downtown Washington D.C. Jason Miller was very accommodating and helpful, as well. I highly recommend the "Oasis" if you are planning a trip to Northern Virginia."
