Ben "Cooter" Jones is an active resident of Rappahannock County Virginia and he is getting the crew back together on August 13th and 14th of this year in Sperryville Virginia for a Dukes of Hazzard homecoming! In addition to Cooter — the crazy mechanic played by Ben Jones — Daisy Duke (Catherine Bach) will be there along with Roscoe P. Coltrane (James Best), and deputies Enos (Sonny Shroyer) and Cletus (Rick Hurst).
The two-day festival will be held down the road from the old Cooter’s Place at the Link Community Center, 12018 Lee Hwy. Besides a car show and a meet-and-greet with Dukes’ stars, Hazzard Homecoming will feature bluegrass and country music. Tickets can be purchased at cootersplace.com for $10 (one-day pass) or $15 (two days).
Go ahead and make it a weekend and enjoy our rental cabin in Amissville, less than 15 minutes away! We also have cabins in Front Royal which is 30 minutes away.
